New Rock Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “New Rock” or “we” or “us”) sincerely wishes to invite you to the “New Rock Product User Experience Improvement Initiative”. To provide better user experiences in a new generation of integrated communications products, we will collate statistics over the use of various functions of our products, wherever necessary, which will be used to improve New Rock products. You can rest assured that all statistical data, which includes the frequency and model of using New Rock products, is stored in an anonymous manner without involving personal privacy and data of users.

I. Joining and leaving the Initiative
You may at your own discretion determine to join the Initiative on the web management page of New Rock products and may at any time leave the Initiative.

II. Scope of the Initiative
All statistics and data provided in an anonymous manner upon you joining the Initiative will enable us to improve the compatibility, stability, and availability of New Rock products, whereby:
1) assisting you in timely obtaining the latest information about new versions of New Rock products, as well as fixing various possible issues;
2) assisting you in understanding your network and equipment conditions to ensure our products continue to provide stable services to you; and
3) assisting New Rock in improving the user experiences of the products so that you will have better user experiences;
4) assisting you in efficiently utilizing and improving the relevant application services of New Rock (including recording, and NeeHau), as well as introducing value-added innovative features and services to users.

III. Update of the Initiative
In line with ensuing improvements and updates of New Rock products, we may make any amendments to the Initiative, which will be released on the web management page pertaining to New Rock products at that time. You may regularly check the latest version. By making no change to your status under the User Experience Improvement Initiative, you agree to accept our modifications and proceed with the Initiative.
