What are IP PBX Systems?


IP PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a telephone switching system that manages ingoing and outgoing phone calls for business. An IP PBX does this and also switches calls through Voice over IP (VoIP).

New Rock OM series IP-PBX is an all-in-one converged communication system for business. With built-in analog-phone interfaces, CO line interfaces, SIP-based trunks, and SIP-client-registration functionality, OM IP-PBX connects well to traditional and converged voice networks and terminals. With support for up to 1000 SIP user stations, OM supports remote extensions, allowing employees to communicate with customers and team members at anytime and anywhere.

OM20G (<20)

The OM20G is an All-in-One telephony system. It provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP terminals. Using VoIP, the OM20G supports inter-office calls over the Internet or VPN.

OM50G (<50)

The OM50G is an All-in-One telephony system. It provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP terminals. Using VoIP, the OM50G supports inter-office calls over the Internet or VPN.

OM80E (<200)

The Officium 80E (OM80E) is a highly integrated hybrid IP-PBX with up to 200 analog and/or IP extensions. Due to its high-performance and XML/HTTP based API. It is a cost-effective solution for mid-size contact centers with up to 60 agents as well. Powered by innovative VoIP technology from New Rock, the OM80E provides seamless connectivity to not only PSTN and analog terminals, but also IP-based SIP trunks and SIP voice stations.


OM200G (<500)

OM200G IP-PBX provides versatile solutions containing voice/video call, voice message broadcast, Fax, call recording, mobile extensions to fulfil an enterprise with 500 employees. The OM200G can connect IMS of operator, and provide multiple models with different combinations of FXO and FXS ports. The high availability featuring primary-standby, dual-redundant Gigabit-Ethernet port and dual AC/DC power supplies allows the OM200G to be applied in many scenarios which are highly sensitive to reliability.

OM500 (<1000)

OM500 IP-PBX provides versatile solutions containing voice/video call, voice message broadcast, Fax, call recording, mobile extensions, to improve work efficiency and service quality of a large-scale enterprise. The OM500 supports up to 1000 extensions, and the capable of multi-site networking enable the extensions can be expanded to thousands, to meet the requirement of either a single site or multi-site deployment.

OM1000-UC (<1000)

OM1000-UC IP-PBX is a new generation of high-capacity unified communication system of New Rock.

OM8000(<8000)

New Rock OM8000 IP-telephony system is the latest IP PBX providing a converged solution package of telecommunication (including audio calls, video calls, high-speed fax, telephone conferencing, call recording, and mobile extensions). It satisfies the demand for a distributed network of over 10,000 extensions throughout government agencies and business groups, both of which require at least 1,000 extensions per site.OM8000 supports access for 8,000 users with 800 concurrent calls, demonstrating its powerful call processing capacity. This outstanding performance even extends to its stability, reliability, security, expandability, configurability, and more.
